every villian in starwars does this, its the most over used cliche ever, can we please for the love of all get a villian that stands on it and stops dropping there dick after a few dark acts

They gave up on the code and want nothing to do with it because the Clone war ruined them. Hence why Luke started from scratch and rebuild the order.

Well, that sort of power and such abilities that the Jedi possess would attract needless attention, so it would make sense.

They’re frightened too

There were 10,000 Jedi during the Time of the Clone Wars. Thousands were killed during the War and Purge. The handful that were left are separated and isolated.... Most of those Jedi do not even know there is a Rebellion let alone trying to Fight Back with no Order or Army behind them.

I think the Obi-Wan Kenobi series, as much as it was a mixed bag, did rather well to explain that The Hidden Path gave many Jedi and Force Sensitives a way out of having new lives away from the Empire. The networks will eventually be compromised as the Empire only grows stronger but they can at least save as many people as they can. For many Jedi survivors, they made the hard choice to no longer be Jedi, give up the code, and just live. Some like Quinlan Vos, Cere Junda, Ahsoka Tano, and Cal Kestis eventually rose up to continue the fight supporting the groups that are fighting. But a majority went on to live quietly.

The fandom could’ve seen more character development while seeing her for being a genuine threat as oppose to the lame inquisitors we saw in Star Wars rebels ect

@@colbstar7389 Nope. Ahsoka technically isn't a Jedi and Ezra Bridger was in a whole other galaxy. Yoda and Obi-Wan were the only ones left; anything else takes away from the significance of Luke and Leia being the galaxy's last hope.

Dude it's like that one Pokemon short anime series not the one with Ash, one episode involves Gen1 where Blue beating all elite four until Red shows up, Gen 2 shows champion Lance entering Team Rocket's hideout along with Gold, Gen 4 Team Galactic summons the 2 Legendary pokemon in Sinnoh, etc like that

Finally someone gets it, I was extremely disappointed since Barriss you know killed people and had no problem having Ahsoka take the blame. My main problem was that she didn’t go through a full redemption arc, she never Addressed what she did was wrong. I’m suppose to believe that she was never evil even though she committed many crimes and felt nothing wrong about it. Everything was there to write a solid redemption arc but she was reverted to being good without that development yeah no. I was hoping Luminara could have made an appearance so Barriss could have captured her but we got none of that.

@@noxus1238 Dude....the amount of potential that they wasted is absurd. These writers have the capability to do so much yet they do so little. Imagine a series where we saw Barris slowly become disillusioned with the Republic, and we saw her slowly become more jaded to the idea that the Jedi were being Peaceful and came to believe that they were all wrong. Imagine if we actually got build up on how Barris was losing herself leading up to her terrorist attacks in TCW, how she viewed her actions afterwards and how her close friends and even her master viewed her afterwards. Bloody heck man they don't reference Luminara at all but they will tease Ahsoka because that's the ONLY bloody thing they know how to do!!! And don't even get me started on how the Empire is just the bad guys right out the gate like c'mon, can we actually dive into the fact that the Empire had well-meaning people in it and it had some use?? We could actually play with the idea that the Empire at its start had good intentions and this makes Baris feel justified in her actions for joining it but in reality, because of what the empire is starting to do she starts to realize that it was all a mirage and she is only making things worse! Why does the Empire always have to be the "sinister bad guy" without having any good qualities that we can get behind? So much of these shows depend on the idea of having an interesting concept but they don't have the guts to do anything meaningful with it other than the bare minimum. Its the same reason why the Ahsoka show was awful. These people make me sick because I know they can do better or at least I can do better. I freaking despise these guys for the piss poor effort they put forth.

@@ArcticWolf00Alpha0 You have to accept that yet it was an amzaing story. At least to me, Barriss' redemption arc is believable since she wasn't really a bad person, just a very wrong one. And at the end, she recognizes it, as she also recognizes that not all the Jedi were bad and even if they were, the Empire isn't better, so she comes back to light and decides to live the rest of her life as a pacifist, healing other people and helping them escape from the Empire. The only thing that annoys me about this story is that Barriss went from having an uncertain destiny eleven years ago... TO HAVE ANOTHER ONE!
