This week, Sean and Ethan are joined by their boy Justin Tracey on an all new Brain Leak. Together, the boys talk about how they want to die, treating your body like a temple, staying happy and much, much more!

This really feels like healthy masculinity the podcast. Just some guys with ADHD talking about their passions, and how much they love their friends, and joking around about things that are actually funny and not offensive to anyone. It gives me hope in humanity. I hope they know how much people like me look up to them

hearing jack talk about the parasocial aspect of the community made me realize i grew out of it WITH him. i used to idolize him and i used to want to BE him, thought he could never do wrong. and then the toepisode...HA no but overtime i realized hes just some guy who people like more then others. him and mark really sort of helped raise my online personality. honestly steered me into the fun gamer part of the internet at a young age, and away from the ick, and since [REDACTED] ive also loved the content ethan has created too, just the best amount of chaos and adhd perhaps. . they didnt raise me as a person, more like created my perspective of what the best of the internet has to offer. No longer do i feel like i know these creators i love, but rather i love the content they create, and deeply respect them as the ordinary people they are. i mean jack keeps talking about his bodily body and mark is always in the hospital but other then that they pretty ordinary. and ethan always seems to be eating something he shouldnt be...but anyways, love ya guys. dont watch the show while your eating.
@planetaryg05 ай бұрын
that's sweet, a part of me rly misses the parasocial stuff but i think it also just comes w growing up and gaining perspective. as a kid it's natural to idealise who u look up to. it was fun but unfortunately w age comes responsibility :,)

It's sad to hear that Ethan won't talk about one of his hobbies, because he assumes he will recieve negative judgement. Saying that, he doesn't owe anyone anything and he is allowed to have things to himself. It's just sad that Ethan feels like he can't, even if he wanted to. Be weird and different, if it makes you happy 😊

Tbh him mentioning it like that makes me curious enough just to see if it’s similar to one of the things I like to do for fun but never feel comfortable giving as an answer when prompted. So I understand and agree that he shouldn’t talk about it if he doesn’t want to d: It has me reflecting about how I tend to feel like I have nothing going on specifically because I don’t like mentioning my true interests to people getting to know me for the first time, but it makes sense to not reveal certain vulnerable things before adequate trust is established. I’m thinking to myself that I need to better accept what I actually enjoy so I can feel less guilty about whether I can answer a small talk question.

I love that Ethan brought up what happens when people start to label and commit to the label. It is why I discourage my friend's young daughter to not call herself fat or stupid because it often encourages others to keep you in that space. Plus, I think it stings when someone utilizes self-depreciating humor to excess or as their only mode of comedy.

I'm a transmasculine person. I'm coming on 3 years (end of Jan) of my medical transition and 6 years of my social transition. I noticed this year that my ideas of masculinity had been becoming toxic. I don't pay attention to that alpha male bullshit but some aspects of it had been weaselling its way into my life. It's awful. I don't want to be like "these people inspire me" or base my life entirely around people online, however the relationships these men have with each other make me want to change my internalized thoughts of masculinity in relationships. These guys are really good at giving healthy examples of what men can be. I enjoyed this episode, and it really helped me ease my tension. Stay Leaky

This has honestly been one of my favorite episodes so far, the chemistry between y’all is so amazing and fun. I love the mix of serious and silly, it feels like talking to my friends. And now I’m so curious what Ethan’s hobby is. Obviously he owes us nothing, I don’t expect that information and I would never judge but they all made it sound so mysterious lol. I’ve just always hated being teased with information, even if it’s innocuous or something I don’t care about because I just like knowing things but I deeply respect keeping somethings to yourself. It’s important to have things just for you and I hope whatever it is makes him happy

Bit much going in on Ethan. At least Sean you spotted him getting uncomfortable with conversation. I am very much like Ethan myself still soo hard to say No to people. I love helping makes me feel happy also. But yeah been taken advantage more like 80% outta 20% of the time if say no. Him and me and anyone like this needs to put there feelings number 1 priority and what they want to do. Or don't. Take care 🎄 x

Salt doesnt help hydrate or increase water retention. It just shifts the amount of water you have in your body to balance the quantity of salt/electrolytes that you've added to your body. The body prepares to flush out additional electrolytes and water intake to maintain homeostasis. Like drinking water in the morning is good to help flush stuff out of your body later, but the salt is not necessary.

Ethan should 100% be able to feel comfortable with turning people down, but he also, on his own, starts projects that he never follows through on. Maybe it's because he agrees to give time to other people but I'd rather see him finish 2-3 things than start a bunch that just peter off.
