As soon as the first one happened it reminded me of Daniel Howell saying “you’re all lesbians now!?” During his show (which was to say the fans there from before the break were most likely lgbt) so the people that wrote that level/flavor of fanfic are some flavor of queer, (same) ether lesbian or some sort of trans (I saw this as a trans masc/nonbinary who has learned much from fanfic and tumblr and as someone who used wattpad; 90% are queer now from what I’ve seen lol. Idk if this understanding makes sense but hopefully some know what i mean by this and how adorable/nostalgic the pre(beginning)-lgbt writing is cause same ✨💕💕💕

Can confirm, you do NOT currently get charged for calling the ambulance service in the UK regardless of whether it is a true emergency or not. As someone who works in a hospital, I kind of wish we WOULD bring in a charge for misuse of the service. As a fanfic writer myself (not yours, omfg don't worry-) I will say fanfic is one of the things that brings people together more than other mediums, you'd be surprised haha! It was such a creative outlet. I have 8 online friends I met over fanfiction almost three years ago that I'm still friends with. I talk to them every day. These creative outlets can be cringey, and a lot of them are written by middle schoolers, but fanfiction can be a wonderful thing! Not always, trust me...I've been to fanfiction hell. But it can be a wonderful thing for many reasons lol. And if you wade through the garbage, you find some treasure every now and again, that was always so fun! I feel like it's a canon event for every teenage girl to read fanfiction, and at the very least? It builds character lmaooooo
