I love all the black versions in the Facebook group. Certainly got me thinking of the 'alternative' paint jobs, hence my 'Avante' Hornet and my Neo Fox. I have an Avante and Egress to build and have already bought another body for the Avante....... unsure what to do with it just yet though..

Lovely work, Glenn. Check out Mick's over at RC Hobby Shed that's he's doing currently. He's removed the blue anodising using oven cleaner, so all the hop up parts are now silver. I think that would compliment the Black/White colour scheme really nicely...... but the blue still looks awesome.

I prefer it to the evo2. It looks more like a race car probably due to the stickers. Looks great Glenn! I love the idea of changing up the body shells / wheels to have a different take on existing cars. Always will have a soft spot for the Top Force. 👍

Awesome Glenn love it, I prefer the Fire painted body shell but put the Egress wheels and tyres on, that would be super cool and have the aggressive look too.

A lot of people don't realize that simple can be better.

I think it looks great, the muted colorscheme works nicely, and the stickers make it look really nice. The number 3 could've been intresting above the world championship text on the front, but it also makes an intresting border with the tamiya text in the middle position. Just speculating here. :D I think the revive RC bodyshell looks kinda neat, I think I prefer the roof scoop myself, but what isnt the world without different likes :D Another epic car for the shelf! :D

Oh, man, I'm just soaking all those lovely new Top Force videos coming at the moment, and yours is way up there in the top (force)! I'm gathering parts for my own, and it'll be black, but mostly silvery, lots of Bora and Revive in it, I can't wait to start building, so this is my fix to keep me satisfied for now... I will be doing a full black paint job, also next year, it's a TBG stadium truck body for an ancient Associated, it's going on my TT-02B, or an XV-01, if I can afford it, actually maybe I won't retire my DualRidge body just yet... This was great, only thing left to comment, I love those number 3, the placement just brings this car together!

Hello glenn, once more it is stunning! The only thing not working for me is the alloy blue parts in the front. I would go for silver ones / black. Aside that very inspiring! I would go for smoked windows (I dread doinf it as well) and tyres white lettering.

Another stunning build (paint n decal) looks sick as👍. Just a thought... would the Tamiya TA04 front hub carriers fit as there black not red?? Would be fully blacked out chassis then well with anodised blue bits lol👍👍

I only have 7 small decals on my rere evo shell, the silver ones. And a yellow top force at the wing top. I love it. I have the car on the livingroom table with the shell at its side so I can enjoy the car more now that its raining too=) Hoping for packages in the mail today so i can get my avante, original old top force, and my lazer zx5 going. I know the lazer stuff comes today at least=)

Another job well done. I would leave the windows as they are.

Try a tinted window- orange or red translucent paint will work. Fluoro wheels will work well. I have done a black carbon top force like many ad you say- with chrome TRF decals and fluoro pink wheels. Looks great.

Looks good Glenn. Personally I might have gone for vqs white or pink ( Avante black special ) wheels and holographic decals but it’s all personal preference. I don’t think a top force can look Bad. It would be interesting to see your cars with different colour wheels and see what the viewers think about different colour combinations. Trf dish wheels might even work as it looks like a pure racer.

I love the Top Force in black, to me it looks better than your other one! That's not to say the other Top Force shell isn't gorgeous, but the black one is the one for me :) The only thing I'd definitely change is those steering knuckles, the red just does not look right with the rest of it in blue ;) Awesome job though!!

Another epic looking buggy, think like you said smoked windows would make it too dark. maybe one of the transparent colours on the windows to add a little bit of colour not sure though.

Mate, even though I’m not a huge buggy guy, watching your videos is making me really consider a TT-02B build in the future. My current chassis are all TT-02 touring cars but the only local racetrack is dirt and one of the said chassis is a dedicated drift car so a buggy would be a nice option to be able to run my batteries down. Also, I picked up an XV body set from my local hobby shop. It’ll be interesting to work with TS paints the first time around. Is there anything I should know about them beforehand? I’ve only ever used PS paints so I’m a little nervous even though I do have painting experience.

I'd put some iridium tint film on the windows, that looks really cool against dark colours.

I think looking at it, the blue anodised parts doesn't really suit that all black and white on the body shell. The one you "copied" he had a few blue decals on the shell, and that really just tied the colour scheme together, blue and black. But overall, you did a fantastic job with the placement of the decals on yours, i love it. Makes me want to get a second body shell for mine and do a black version of my own.

I would just take some pray oven cleaner and take off all the blue and red making it silver to go with the rest of the car👍

i'd strip the blue anodizing off on this and replace the wheelnuts with black ones. keep it actually Black edition. All that blue takes away from the full thing. The black body is great however.
