Wildlife in Ukraine is certainly not scarce. ... Much of Ukraine's wildlife can be found in specific plant zones. The forest zone is home to red deer, elk, roe deer, squirrel, wild boar, foxes and wolves as well as brown bears and lynx.
The animal life of Ukraine is diverse, with about 350 species of birds, more than 100 species of mammals, and more than 200 species of fish. The most common predators are wolves, foxes, wildcats, and martens, while hoofed animals include roe deer, wild pigs, and sometimes elk and mouflons (a species of wild sheep).
Bear. Bear is a national animal of Ukraine. It is wise, strong and independent. In Ukraine it symbolizes fruitfulness and health, and his annual awakening in spring is a symbol of life renewal, the beginning of a new life cycle.

@@michac.8283 okay, let me explain it to you simply. Birds are direct descendants of dinosaurs. They are classified in maniraptora, alongside velociraptors, microraptors, and many, many others. Aves(birds) are also considered to be a sub-grouping of reptiles, because they are still technically highly modified reptiles, but are also 100% dinosaurs. Every modern bird, from hummingbirds to ostriches are living dinosaurs. That isn't an opinion, it is an absolute fact. Pterosaurs and marine reptiles are not dinosaurs at all, as their ancestry is not related to dinosaurs, although they are both reptiles. They are not classified in the same section of the phylogenetic tree of life as dinosaurs. Marine reptiles are more closely related to lizards, than dinosaurs by a longshot. Pterosaurs are more closely related to dinosaurs than marine reptiles, but are still not dinosaurs.
