Ingredients
Ham
Eggs
Onion
Peppers
Shredded Cheese
Directions
1. Dice Ham, Onion, and Peppers
2. Preheat the frying pan with butter and olive oil
3. Cook Ham, Onions, and Peppers
4. Beat 3 or 4 Eggs
5. Mix Eggs into the frying pan and lower heat, and cover
6. Add shredded cheddar cheese and cook for an additional 3 minutes
