Hi , that 16000 liters is meant during the lifetime of the pump or it can move it in like 1 huge dose than cool down and do it over and over again ?

Wouldn't it work if both dosing heads ran simultaneously? Have one pump pick up from skimmer area and send to waste container and the other pump pull from fresh saltwater container into the return compartment so there is no water level fluctuations?

That is actually what I ended up doing and makes it very simple to run :D

You have some nice equipment. Why no apex? That would make turning off the atk when you do an auto water change easy and you’d be able to monitor the tank parameters

It just isn't something we've gotten to yet. Most likely we'll have it down the road, but this tank is just running through equipment, seeing how they perform, and then moving on to another piece of equipment to test out. :)

The question should be: Why not a GHL ProfiLux Controller? The GHL Doser Maxi can work as a standalone unit OR as a slave unit connected to a ProfiLux. In that case the ProfiLux can also control your ATO during activities of the Maxi Doser. And the best part is: You don't need any extra modules to connect a floater to the ProfiLux, just use one of the BUILT-IN level ports.

Cant you have it push and pull water at the same time so the atk doesnt trip? Thats how the DOS works... it pulls old water at the same time it pushes fresh saltwater...
