There is one train in GTA 5 that can be destroyed. It's after an special event that occurs sometime with trevor near his airport. Its marked as passenger transport quest. It's a fake passenger if you come near to the car the person will taze you and you will be unconscious. You will wake up a moment before a train overruns you and you have a second to run away. The train is very short and you can destroy it with explosion.
