Fun fact about GTA SA Ammunation: if you aim at the seller with a sniper he wont shot at you and if you shot at his head(that was supposed to be a instant kill) he will fire several times at you before dying.

I never understood that "unable to shoot inside of buildings" feature from GTA V...

I like how the clerk in GTA V doesn't realize the cops are shooting at you while you're in the shop. And when you try to help him shoot the cops, he's like, "No shooting in my store!"

Fun fact in GTA LCS is that ammunation guy will eventually ran out of bullets and try to fist fight you behind the counter.

On 3 and vice city they react when you use auto aim which is not available with a mouse

One more thing : In GTA 4 some gang members are present in the basement of gun stores. So if the seller calls them, they come and attack Niko and it's almost impossible to kill them

In the case of GTA III there is a wall that efectivedly not only disallows autoaiming, but prevents the player or the clerk from shooting themselves. It seems to be an early mechanism to prevent the player from killing the owner for ammo.

You have to change some settings to really aim the gun at people in Vice City. You can rob stores that way.

By the way, in GTA 3 and Vice city, the game negine only considers aiming as using auto-aiming, due to being originally designed for consoles (exceptuating being able to rob stores with the crosshair in vice city aswell.). Using auto-aiming on peds WILL get you reactions, not very pretty when tested on people carrying guns!

You can aim at him in gta 3. But the m16 don't use those aiming, only fps aiming. You should use another pistol for that. And using in vc also the controller controlls. Those games are mainly made for a controller, so they will just react this way.
