What advice do you have for us who are neuro divergent? I suffer from terrible adult ADHD and Complex PTSD. The more I try to focus the less focused I am. So my life is full of unfocused actions, and very little accomplishment. I call. It the great joke of my life. Having a tested , I q of somewhere in the mid one forties yet could not get through higher education and ended up working decades in factories.

Growing attention in your brain is like development of any muscle in your body. You must first get proper nutrients in blood as a starting point, from there you must train to focus one just one thing at a time until completion. Final stage you develop flow, and can stop paying so much attention and move through life effortlessly, like water flowing through a river. One of the best exercises to develop attention muscle is mindfulness practice, candle focusing, focus on the candle flame without spacing out and dissociating. Learn to do something you love, that you are able to achieve mastery in. Don't have expectations of yourself, or make plans, set goals etc. All of this will beat you down, if you hold too close to these results. You must break the biggest goal into smaller pieces. A wise man starts to move mountains by beginning to carry small stones away. ;) you got this

Admirable words can win the public's respect Admirable actions can improve people Those who are unkind How can they be abandoned? Therefore, when crowning the Emperor And installing the three ministers Although there is the offering of jade before four horses None of it can compare to being seated in this Tao Why did the ancients value the Tao so much? Is it not said that those who seek will find, And those with guilt will not be faulted? Therefore, it is the greatest value in the world

I'm on the path. There are spurts of improvement. Yet most of the time there is just mental struggle, mostly because lack of money occupies the mind. I have learned that the greatest fear is the fear of death. Yet people usually don't let go of the fear of death until the very last step toward enlightenment. How does one survive in the western world without money? I suppose that part of the Tao is suffering and death. Maybe that is my role for now... to not survive. Nobody teaching spirituality has taught that those on the path won't suffer and die before reaching enlightenment. Perhaps applying Wu Wei to suffering and failure will help me to change my viewpoint and get through it... if it is meant to be. Thanks for the video.

I agree with the idea of Wu Wei and your general breakdown of doing something w a purpose of purity, and starting small, etc; I do have a slight let’s say disagreement in the sense of the money aspect. As a creative person whom is currently also stuck in a regular job, which makes it difficult to create due to time (and trust me I’m working on ways to change the situation) money isn’t always wanted to be a so called baller, to wear fancy clothes and diamond necklaces. Particularly in today’s modern world, here in the states as well as abroad, life is quite expensive just to live, to eat and pay for shelter. I for one would love to carve out a living making and creating rather than being part of the rat race. While I understand it takes time and hard work, money does unfortunately play a huge role. I don’t want fancy clothes or gold everything, but I want to creat and live. It’s certainly a conundrum as a spiritual creative person trying to live and get by. Great content as usual. 🕉☯️

@27:55 is Gayoung saying the earth is NOT a spinning water ball in “outer-space”? Amazing 🥰 Earth is measured flat, navigated flat, mapped flat, built on flat, utilized and dealt with flat, and obviously observed flat and non-rotating. A flat and horizontal line will never form the shape of a ball. May All Sentient Beings Be Awken In This Lifetime. Shanti Shanti Shanti
