ACL injuries often occur when there is rotational and/or translation of the knee during sport. You often see this in a variety of sports that require cutting and acceleration. While taping the knee will not prevent an ACL tear, it can often help reduce the pain after a sprain of the ACL. Here we show a method of ACL taping using Rocktape/Kinesiotape.
