bro my ns200 just done 20000km ODO Clearance adjusted 3 times but it’s loosing again and again and only intake clearance is loosing not issue with exhaust clearance

buy tools and do it yourself every 1000kms then or try to change the parts, use fully synthetic oil motul 7200 or 300v.

if tappet clearance is less then can we face issue of rpm fluctuations in working conditions when engine is hot ?? i am facing issue of fuel burning, left exhaust missing and misfiring, rpm fluctuations, & engine shutting off at idle when engine is hot, more stress to the engine while revving & while going through the higher rpm range

Yes, if the tappet clearance is less, it can cause issues with rpm fluctuations when the engine is hot. This is because as the engine heats up, the metal components expand, including the tappets. If the clearance is too small, the tappets can't expand properly, and this can cause issues with the valve timing which will lead to rpm fluctuations as well. Reduce the engine speed and load to minimize stress on the engine until you can address the issue.

Why fuel consumption will increase when tappet clearance is less? I need a more detailed explanation

Because Valve will open early so the output of engine will be reduced. And to maintain the same output you have to burn more fuel. Hence fuel consumption will increase.

Same reason. Since the valve is opening early...the gases which are still burning get their way through the valve causing the exhaust temp to rise.
