Beautiful. I know the grip of thoughts is a slippery slope, the more I throw them off they return. I am afraid and long for this silence. Turn it off, be alone, how can we live beyond the words. Ty

Thank you Tara, I love your work. I am however sensitive about the idea of doing things for "our children".... I personally think saying "the next generation" is more inclusive and expands the term beyond the children we might be directly taking care of xxx

I just listened to the most wonderful talk The Gift of Silence: Quieting the Mind from Sep 11, 2019. It spoke to me in so many deep ways. I think I actually said “wow” 🤯out loud at one point which I haven’t done while listening to something lol I was wondering, do you have any other talks or meditations that expand on this? The “how”? When I hear the words about the vast silence that's aware, I suppose I automatically tryto visualise what that might look like, and so get distracted again... Any ideas as to how to dissolve this?
