Emakina and Selligent organised a Digital leaders meeting on the 'Connected Consumer'.
Marketing, sales and IT-experts assembled at 'The Dylan' in Amsterdam to discuss intelligent CRM-solutions.
All the participants on March 6th, 2014 were united around the idea that integrated customer experiences are vital in the battle for the consumer. And they agreed it is time to create a market revolution.
Emakina and Selligent are leaders in digital, commerce and CRM solutions.
They combine, strategy, digital tools and brand experiences to reach the 'connected consumer'.
Together they build loyalty and drive lifetime value.
After a demo by Selligent in the vast possibilities of their solution, Emakina's CEO Brice Le Blévennec welcomed the guests for the dinner, and canvassed trends in CRM.
"Technology accelerates disruption in almost all industries today. But this paradigm shift opens up great new business roads for the smart and the brave.", Le Blévennec said.
Selligent's VP Product Marketing Jan Teerlinck, further developed this idea and talked about the striking new possibilities offered by retargeting. His intevention was appreciated by the audience and sparked further debate.
Floris Regouin, Head of Digital Marketing at Samsung also gave an inspiring presentation. Participants reacted that he brought a 'strong story', building a clear case of how Samsung really places the customer at the center of activities. The evening was clearly a happy and successful get together.
The five star 'The Dylan' was a worthy stage for this CRM meeting. And it really is a stage... the place was built in 1637 as a theatre, once even hosting a performance of the great Vivaldi. Of course, Emakina and Selligent played a different tune, one where organisations and their consumers can dance to the music of personalised digital relationships.
