Those pizza burgers look really good. It would be easy to throw some sliced apples on the flat top with the pork chops, a little cinnamon and butter, yum! Nicely done!

I'll bet a little ginger in your honey lime soy would add a little zing to that sauce, and cooking hamburger on the griddle just makes more sense for getting rid excess water and grease than cooking it in a skillet and I love stroganoff and buddy your's looks delish. Happy Labor Day!
