hi tasos, I have 24 engines or OM654 and OM656 diesel, had to change the rocker arm because the bearings on the rocker arm were just as broken as with the M177 in the video from you,There are 2 versions, I think you know that too, slide bearings and needle bearings.needle bearing is replaced by plain bearings.I think the engine (M177) also has improved rocker arm bearings

Either that is a bad part design or the where we will see more failures like the Pentastar 3.6 or owner had heavy foot while cold or the tune increased the redline. We will have to wait and see when the M177s get higher mileage. BTW I had it on mute, is there a head gasket problem🤣🤣🤣🤣

I think oil type is more important But i hear in Mercedes it has always same issue
