Yum yum Mel! Everything looks so delicious! I can not wait to try all of these! My favorite sandwich is a French dip. I have been craving it so much lately, too. Last week, I made three of your crockpot recipes. Porkchops, chicken with the French onion soup, and Taco hashbrowns. They were all fantastic! All of my family loved them. At work we had a older man as the short order grill person. He used to use those egg beaters, or egg whites for omelettes. He used to ladle them on the grill, fill the middle with what ever, fold 1/3 from the left side over towards the middle, 1/3rd from the right over that, fold the short end on the top and bottom towards the center - about 2 inches, then flip the whole thing over upside down. It was very quick, as he had a lot of people in the building to cook for.

You sound so sweet and kind, as well as finding humor and enjoyment in every recipe you share-- I swear I could almost smell all of what you were making!
