Tasty Celeriac & Apple Soup

10 ай бұрынMy daughter gave me this recipe ,she had made it one day when I was round and I said what is the gorgeous smell she said oh it is my slimming soup ! It has next to no calories in it ! I tried it as I needed to know if it tasted as good as it smelt , it did in fact better than it smelt ! I make it quite thick as I love thick soups but if you prefer a thinner soup just add more stock , totally delicious.

That looks SO good, like you Susie I only eat homemade soup, the list of additives on packet soup is ghastly ! ❤

Hi Karen , so pleased this looks good , we love this soup , really tasty, and it is a fairly quick cook ! If it is too thick just add half a pint more stock . I love thick soups but I know people who only like thin soups . We are all fine at the moment , I hope you are getting a little stronger xxxx
