Can you put any polarized film on the ring light ? Or do you recommend it ? I saw some tattoer have some tape wrapped around his light , I only saw the back of the ring light so I don’t know what he had taped on the light but I’m curious

I just bought a ring light with a magnifying glass, smaller than yours (priceless for detail works) and probably will had this bigger one for the winter time. Thanks for the video 🙌🏼

@@TattooShopTalk Not systematically, but when it comes to details or central relevant things like a face, then yes. It’s as scary as helpful lol, mine making the view look 2,25x bigger ;). Anyway the light itself is clear and nice though, I just wish 2 différents light source.

My neewer light lasted a long time. Until client tipped it over and the bulb shattered. It looked the same as these ones but it still had a circular fluorescent tube bulb. I see now they have switched to LED small light bulbs around the ring. When mine broke they did not stock replacement bulbs anymore unfortunately you could not buy a new bulb. So I had to get a new light

It sucks… doesn’t adjust well, doesn’t last, bad for quick travel

Thanks for input. Works fine for us. Specially with "bendy neck" adjustment shouldn't be a problem. The one that I have for almost two years - dimmer switch sometimes starts get funky right before switching on and off
