Though I'm sad that it's ending, I'm not in tears over it. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I'm generally just writing the saddest shit I can think of to add to the mix for the hell of it. Wonder if others are doing the same. This has still been the best NL series since Nintendo Sports.

I think what really makes watching NL play Rumbleverse extremely entertaining is not only his classic goated commentary, but he improved in Rumbleverse SO FAST imo. It took him lots of practice to become fantastic at Isaac, but it felt like every other video in Rumbleverse he was learning new strategies, climbing the ranks, and pulling wins Now he's kind of reached the breaking point for many people playing games that get fairly competitive. He's plateaued, getting bodied because players are so good, finding it much harder to win, etc. It gets kind of boring. That's just what I'm guessing, because I've had that experience This series will always be a rollercoaster of hilarious elbow drops, third-partying, supers, and double KO's, regardless of where it ends. Thank you NL for the goated content

@@TILsquared96 I agree with everything you said. Well put together. NL has reached a point in his life, as many of us older folk do, when we just have low tolerance for games where we don't have fun. That's why we'll never see another Trombone Champ video, as hilarious as it was for the viewers.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe, 6 red juice builds causing 300 damage on elbow drops. I watched nl timeout 1 microsecond before getting back in the ring. All those moments will be lost in time, like *swallows* tears in rain. Time to die.

We’re well over the peak of the pog vs frustration hill in competitive multiplayer games now. If anything, the tastes of pog earlier in the arc hastened the demise of Rumbleverse as NL chases that feeling of superiority against other increasingly good gamers.
