✓ Tawa Aloo Paratha Restaurant Recipe (+ Tandoori Lacha Paratha & Butter Naan) Chit Chaat Chai, London
We were very lucky to be allowed a peek inside Chit, Chaat Chai's kitchen to watch our Aloo Paratha being freshly made.
The Tandoori chef "Mr ??????" was kind enough to share his recipe secrets.
Recipe Ingredients for the Paratha filling was:
* Grated Mashed Potato.
* Finely chopped Garlic
* Finely chopped ginger.
* Finely chopped Green Chilli,
* Chaat Masala.
* Red Chilli Powder.
* Fresh Green chopped Coriander,
* Salt.
Accompanied by Yoghurt (Dahi) which is topped with a sprinkle of Red Chilli Powder.
We also watched the chef as he made "Layered Lacha Paratha" & "Butter Naan".
