One builder that has really impressed me this year is Taylor Morrison. We recently helped a buyer purchase this Bonaire floor plan, and I feel this home deserves more recognition for it's use of space and excellent value.

Hi David they always have such lovely colors for the walls. Do they have online the Sherman Williams colors they use?

Thanks Jim. I wish it was, but the base price is just the bare-bones with very minimal upgrades. The base price also won't include the lot premium of where the home will be located within the community.

@@burgessteam thank you Sir. Do you have a rough idea of what the pool/ patio area would cost any chance?

@@jtngray1 YW. $50-$60k depending on if you add the kitchen too is my guess. I do know the extended lanai cover is included with the Bonaire floor plan, so what you see in terms of patio coverage comes as standard with the home.
