Explanation: the girl in the hospital bed was s*ab in the shoulder and the police officer was her husband the girl that they we’re talking about was the killer but they did not know was the police officer said “she said we can make books with our match wounds” that was the moment when they both realised that she was the murder

Kk idk if people can understand. you did an GREAT explanation but uhm just clarifying, The women in the hospital bed is Gale,The officer that came into the room to give the information is her husband,deputy Dewey/Dwight.He was talking about how This girl named Jill which they knew from another person in the movie,Sydney,The protagonist ( main MAIN character/who the story is about) Jill had purposely stabbed herself in the shoulder to get away with the murders she committed that night.After she was found she was talking to Dewey about Gale in the hospital bed. Jill earlier in the movie stabbed Gale in the shoulder, so that’s how she knew.But Gale,typical smart news reporter figured out she was the person behind the mask. (JILL IS THE MURDERER/GHOSTFACE) so yeah just better explanation ❤

The kid was the killer. The woman in bed was stabbed on the right shoulder, the killer stabbed herself in the same shoulder. This scene is when they realize that she was the killer, as there was no way she could have known. Movie name: Scream 4 (2011)
