Hi I got I update message on my tcl android TV. I did the update and now my TV isn't working its saying no signal and to check if HDMI input is connected. Well my tcl tv is having trouble with the netflix. I cannot watch movies and episodes i want to watch. It always says sorry something went wrong please try again. Even tho i already update the netflix until i factory reset the tv. But when i open it again with my accnt in netflix still doesnt work. What should i do? Hello, I am unable to open KZfaq or any other google related apps on my TV. The error it shows is 'Please check your network connection' ; whereas the network is totally fine and Netflix is working properly. Can you help me solve this. Also there is an app named "BI" that is getting downloaded automatically and is shown in downloaded apps. When i uninstall it the youtube and playstore works fine but again the same problem reappears with the same "BI" app getting downloaded. Please Help.
