Great video, Maggie! You hit so many key points so quickly, and thank you for going into more detail on diet. So many of our kids come to school poorly fed and they do crash mid-morning. I'm in the middle of a series on self-regulation videos and came across this one of your's! Thanks for your work.

Yes self reregulation is a natural thing in lifes growing pains but often society molds into only a few categories only through exe7treme experiences can one truly grow lifes probably a never ending series of that for me...it becomes addicting and 😎😃😆😙🤩😘😎🙂🤔🤔.I look forward to each one it's really all about attitude..I like it all....of course only to grow as a person evolving in life.
