I agree with what Jose said but what people need to understand that moving your body is more about the mind, having an healthy strong mind. It's more about the brain and emotion. Thank you Brother I needed to hear that because all the men in my life are so feminine especially my DAd and my Grandpas. im surprised they even got married and that i was born. They sad thing is they tell me just as much as anyone else that Im toxic for trying to be a true Masculine leader as a man. I lost everything in my life because for years i was told this and i started slacking thinking i was a bad person. I forgot who i was but now im back thank you for assuring me im not doing the wrong thing.
