Floss, oil pull 10 mins. ( i use coconut oil 1 tablespoon), spit it into the garbage, 1 more tablespoon for another 10 mins., spit it out and wait 10 mins. Then brush teeth with flourideless toothpaste. Works well. Make sure u brush or scrape your tongue also.
