Similar to journaling, mindfulenss meditaiton is a big help. I've been using the book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels as a nice mindfulenss program. Just escaping the craziness of the world for a few moments each day, in silence, is so powerful.

Bro can you make a clothing video where you include a bag. I'm someone who always carry a handle bag hung from left shoulder to the right waist. I carry it for my wallet, phone and othe accessories.
