Ngl at first I was confused why Allegra and Cecile were able to go up against the Negative Forces but then I remembered their power comes from Dark Matter and Dark Matter's only real source seems to be from the Speedforce, plus the Negative Forces are in physical bodies which probably limits their power. Cecile's usage of Devoe's chair, plus the Mask probably augmented her powers even further.

You know Cecile man looked so badass in this shot and she was in the middle pretty freaking cool. I liked how her eyes glow oh my god that was some really good VFX effects right there. Also Allegra while i still think her powers are like Captain Marvel’s while she lights up i liked how she used her hands a lot really good hand coordination on that. However i didn’t like the gloves i don’t know why she’s needs the gloves she looks like a surgeon waiting to do operation on something or scientist gloves. But when she was catching one of the villains it felt like that whole scene was so like a horror scene with the looming voice and disappearing and catching her off guard But her power set is amazing too.

Psych seems like quite a cool character, in this fight especially but the fact that most of still force's abilities can be used by dion snapping his fingers. They could have thought of maybe throwing a couple of other things in. However, I haven't properly watched the show since season 3 so i might be missing something.

The thing that bothers me is something… - Unlike Alexa when in battle, the Negative Strength Force never transformed to Fuerza, it just used its human form - The Negative Still Force never aged the team a thousands years or teleported them across time, except for Iris - Unlike Bashir, the Negative Sage Force never caused nightmares or hallucinations to Allegra

The Negative Forces are not at full strength without an avatar for the Negative Speed Force. Plus Negative Deon may have been orchestrating events to get his desired outcome.

Heres my theory Since they said that the time sickness(the thing that affected iris and the positive forces) can only be cured by killing the negative forces Since they caused it So the positive forces will appear after the negative ones are dead

Man the arrowverse is so cringey now. I feel bad for the actors there's only so much they can do with reading that garbage script. I mean it's not all bad but ALLOT of moments make it hard to keep watching. Between the terrible trash talk and the low budget fight scenes. That's just my opinion though. Hey some people may like that sort of writing.
