Awesome training! I had been looking for some of D-Wade off season training to see how he kept strength in his lower body while dealing with his knee issues. But this video is about as good as any I have found for building lower body agility and explosiveness.. Thanks

At the time you dont know what hes talking about but in the end you do when you cant make that game winning tackle or you couldnt get there to catch that ball. These are pretty normal exercises. I guess I imagined wide receivers doing some crazy shit to maintain their explosiveness but all of these exercises are performed by normal gym-goers all over the place.
