All of us have the power to transform our lives and unlearn what is no longer serving us. But where and how do we start?
Ingrid Harb draws from her personal backstory and experiences working with women from all across the world on breaking away from toxic cultural norms, recognizing self-worth, and helping them become the best versions of themselves. Ingrid is an International speaker and founder of two globally recognized organizations, the Women Ambassadors Forum and NOTA Inclusion. She also identifies as a #MexicanAmerican. Throughout her upbringing, neither country accepted her wholeheartedly, deciding she was always “too much” of one culture and not enough of the other. This limiting belief didn’t stop Ingrid, and she relays the message that it shouldn’t stop you either. Only 28 Ingrid has raised 500k+ funds, partnered with over 50 Fortune 500 Companies to help produce intersectional experiences and training that promote Inclusive Workplaces, and has led over 40+ global forums and local forums that have reached women from over 135 countries. She is currently developing online global (DE&I) certificates with the University of South Florida focused on Cross-Cultural Leadership. Her agency Nota Inclusion continues to grow, supporting DE&I departments of companies like L’Oreal, Edelman Financial Engines, and Walker and Dunlop. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

Your speech is so powerful Ingrid, I loved it! Thank you for your work, your ideas, your passion! You are an example of what unlearning can do, of all we can reach if we start hugging ourselves and if we leave behind every limiting belief we carry!

"One of the most powerful things we can do is to give others space and ourselves to be vulnerable, to be upset, and to be our authentic selves and to encourage each other to do so." WOW Ingrid, your words are so powerful and inspiring.

Great topic. Being aware of the blind spots that previous generations is a way of honoring them. At the same time looking forward and embracing change is the only way to become better

Ingrid, me da mucho gusto encontrarte dar presentación y platica por medio de TEDxOcala . Saludos y te mando un fuerte abrazo. “When will you become your authentic self?,” at the end of your TEDx presentation is a great question indeed. I’m still thinking of that as of now. 🤔💭

Very interesting talk. Let’s question the social and cultural structures we have been brought up in. And start living life based on our terms and not the terms that past generations created. 🎉🎉🎉

God loves you and takes care of you so that this message reaches you. The biggest loss that any human being loses in this life is to live and die while he does not know who created him, and he is God, and he does not know the Islamic religion, the last of the heavenly religions, nor the Messenger of God, Muhammad, and he is the last of the prophets of great intelligence before you believe Something or not to believe in it is to read it, study it and understand it well, and then you can judge it. I hope that you do that before you do not have time to do that, and I wish you success from God. He is the one who controls everything. You just have to work
