This is all the brainchild of Dimash. He wrote the screenplay from his vision and also wrote the dialogue and worked very closely with the director to get it exactly how he saw it in his mind, as well as being the main actor. He composed the music and had his words put into English lyrics. He orchestrated the whole piece and helped the soloist musicians get it right by imitating the instruments with his vocals. This work was gradually worked in for three years in between many solo concerts and other performances around the world, so a total labour of love from our Dimash. This message of love and peace throughout the world is extremely important to Dimash. It's a true masterpiece. He is now enrolled at the New York Film Academy LA branch to study filmmaking and directing, which will give him yet another university qualification to add to his already impressive amount of degrees and qualifications. He is a huge advocate of education ✨️

To me this is one of the most amazing, incredible and powerful songs + videos ever made. It is so involved and in-depth, with so much detail, that it’s like a miniature movie. I cannot imagine all the time, effort and energy that went into completing it. Immense bravo to Dimash for creating such a stunning work of art. And, like you, I am also most struck by the ending passage of the song when he adds that distortion to his voice- it’s so forceful and impactful. I have to brace myself when I know it’s coming. This is a video I would like to show others, yet fear they may very well be emotionally overwhelmed by it. For it is as emotional + powerful as a music video can ever be.

That is the grandiose and impressive result of three years of compositional work by Dimash Qudaibergen. This clip is not about war, it’s about peace. War here is a means of expressing the contrast of what happens when we lose love for one another. It is about the call to unite, to stop dividing each other along national, social, religious lines in order to preserve life, love, friendship, and the land for our children. Story: The clip is divided into several parts. The first is about childhood. The main character and his 2 friends are linked in eternal friendship through childhood stories and a symbol (necklace). One day, the friend saves the protagonist when he is drowning. However, there is already competition in this children's story as the boys are in love with the girl and she chooses 'Dimash'. The pendant is a gnomon, the shadow hand of a sundial, which also served as a sea compass before antiquity. Uniform wearers wear this symbol on their heads. So it can't work. The second experiences a kind of nervous breakdown and transfers the children's problems into the world of adult totalitarianism and struggle. By becoming President, the antagonist (Piper - in reference to the 'Pied Piper of Hamelin') carries within himself the idea of a war to save: “Only war will lead us to peace. Only the strongest can find love in their hearts. You must be strong enough to give freedom to the world. A world where every city, every home is one. We will guide all who are ready to start this new life. Anyone who resists has no business with us. I choose freedom. The world is open to me and I want to give it to you. War for the people is the way to unity.” The main character also speaks of unity, of peace, but through the lens of kindness and love. While fighting, he is confused, he is in shock, but he has to save his family - his pregnant wife (the very girl from his childhood) and his daughter. Once home, he is horrified by the picture of the dead and realizes that his family is also dead. After surviving this drama, he moves on to the antagonist to seek revenge. However, the Protagonist’s wife survives with the help of people who know that she is the one who must give birth to a special boy who can save the world. These are people of different nationalities and faiths who have united for peace. A parallel line of pilgrims are people of different religions, walking the hard path to some place of power where they could unite and discover the Heavenly Eye that would illuminate the world. By uniting, they create a common energy in which the protagonist’s son is born, as Hope and Faith for the Better. Their journey is a symbol of faith in general, because it always goes through trials. When we go to the truth, we go through certain lessons and our way to God is difficult, but only possible if we come together. As an opera singer perhaps you appreciate this as a rare classical Symphonic Tone Poem, standing on the shoulders of Franz Liszt, he composed this in a 21st century sensibility, and its astonishing to me in it's complexity of composition. Much less writing the story, composing it, scoring it, producing, directing, acting, singing it and putting it in high quality movie format. No wonder the industry is so rocked they're talking awards. Nothing like this has ever been done before and it's no wonder. These are my views on this amazing masterpiece Story of One Sky - I have watched this many times and still find things out that i never thought of amazing video and i have said it before if anyone could bring peace i strongly believe Dimash could make it possible. This needs to be shared worldwide to show people there is another way. War is never the answer because the only ones to suffer are the innocent. Rewatched the song of Dimash today one line stood out to me One of the most profound lines in The Story of One Sky is the line "Learn to share the love, Not shares" Not shares meaning stop making money out of war rich people have many shares in companies that profit from weapon manufacturing making them richer while the innocent suffer sadly this is why war exists. MONEY, GREED and POWER. The boy who was drowning was (Dimash's character as a child) made the necklaces that were given to the girl who grew up to be (Dimash's pregnant wife) and the boy who saved him who (grew up to be the military leader), possibly out of jealousy. The military leader waged his war The part in the video with the little girl and the people in the hallway were Dimash's family who had been wiped out the little girl whose body he picked up was his daughter, the baby that was born was his son who grew up to be Dimash grown up at the end!!! The Dimash at the end can also be seen as Dimash in the afterlife leading others to the light in peace. The This video needs to be shown worldwide. Something else i noticed is in his dying breath he sang (We're Choosing Life) as he finally passed away now that is powerful

That little girl was his daughter in the video and the little girl in the beginning was his wife as well the bigger boy that saved Dimash is the one that turned into the bad guy. Extremely great job showing how life can change us. Also the woman giving birth from my understanding is his wife and the new born is wearing the necklace he gave her.

Dimash is a great inspiration for you and the up and coming vocalist of every style. Dimash has redefined what is possible and just continues to push the lifts upward. Very happy to see young people like yourself appreciate his work.

There is a fan cam version of him doing this live, it's a great view to see after this video of his emotions come through as I have never seen before. Whether reaction or just personal view I highly recommend it. His emotions just came out his pours and it was impossible not to feel what he felt.

Zijn redder de grotere jongen gaat het verkeerde pad op en wordt generaal/dictator. Het meisje wordt Dimash zijn vrouw. Dimash zijn vrouw bevalt van een 2de kind en sterft na de bevalling. Hun eerste kind en tevens zijn dochter sterft ook, in zijn armen. Dimash maakt een einde aan de tirannie door de generaal en tevens zijn redder te doden. Dimash wordt op zijn beurt gedood. Op het einde zie je Dimash zijn geest met alle andere overledenen die het heilige pad volgen naar het licht.
