Scammers are just this stupid... If you ever actively call scammers (with varying success) you will find sime scammers who just do not give up. When THIS is the type of work you do, you tend to be pretty damn stupid. Just try calling hundreds of them over time, trying this with them all. You WILL get similar results if you play your cards right. I can confirm from personal experience and from also watching people like Kitboga. It's a hit or miss game.

I more meant that this particular scanner was ridiculous. He was going off swearing at him like crazy. No professional from Capitol One would ever swear at their customers. If someone elderly called and just didn't really know how the internet worked, world he have called them those names too? This comment was kind of an incomplete thought to be honest, and your absolutely right, which is why it's so go that people need with scanners so that when confused, mentally impaired and/or elderly people inevitable call, hell think it's just another troll because they don't know how to use the internet. Another demographic that is worrisome in this particular video, that these scanners aren't afraid to exploit is children. I mean honestly, “go get your mom's credit card?” how about you go fuck yourself?
