ETH only selects the obvious young talent ( Mainoo, Garnacho), he cant develop young talent with rough edges (Palestri, Amad, Fernandez, Dan Gore, Forson ), injuries forced him to play Kambwala.

Didn’t hear any complaints last season, the fact is he did better than expected in his first season. Manager needs time and proper backing, and let’s not forget the amount of injuries and issues off field.

Are the academy games shown online?

The academy was already where it is before ten hag. These players would of already been coming though the academy, ok he’s give them the nod to step up but we have always brought the kids through and give them there chances they deserved. If there good enough there old enough 😉

If mount was fit all season and Eriksen didn't stop being able to run Mainoo wouldn't of got as much games. Youth was brought in to cover up his bad buys and coaching of senior his players

I am in two mimds on the manager. I have always backed him and he has had the toughest job of all the managers post Sir Alex. But we have dramatically fallen off this season. For me the biggest problem is still the players. I would clear as many as possible and then see how he gets on for the first couple of months of next season and then change if still not working. Try something different Tuchel will probs still be available come Christmas?

Nothing his tactics style of play his attatude & favortisum he is not a Premier League manager his level is the Eredivisie that’s why he got away with his crap at Ajax & it flops at Man Utd. The claims he didn’t get the players he wanted are false he spent £400m on players he picked out he signed 16 players 10 pernament signings & 6 loan signings. He has caused more backroom problems than any manager in the last 10 years. If we keep him we will end of losing key players & end of worse than this season. In the last 2 seasons our academy has been ripped apart & players we expected to be in the first team were sold like this Jurado Kovar Laird Mastny Mengi Norkett Savage Wellens & many many more. This whole Ajax 2.0 crap needs to end & it will with Erik Ten Hags sacking. We need a manager that fully understands the clubs history & heritage & knows the English game & will take 4-7 seasons to rebuild both our academy & first team rebuilt & challenge again like Sir Alex Ferguson did with Erik Ten Hag there is no progression.

Ten hag suppose to manage & coach the players. Whether he is qualified to coach or whether the players are willing to be coached & manage by him isn’t the point. The point is that they; the players & ten hag can’t work together. So, either all the players go or eth goes. Simple. Ask any company director and hear what all of them chooses. Fact of life. We loan out Fernandes, Gore, Hannibal - maybe because we can’t coach and prefer to palm them off on others because the seniors run the place. Absolute nonsense to take credit for this. Pellistri got the final 7 min of the season against Fulham in 3 months when Antony, Sancho and Rashford were stinking the place out. Same in the cup final. Not having it - his rotation has been poor
