Playa Paraiso Tenerife.
Take a tour of Playa Paraiso in Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Playa Paraiso - Paradise Beach, it’s the sort of name which conjures up visions of a long, golden sand beach lapped by turquoise water and backed by a row of swaying palm trees.
As many people may know costa means coast. Costa Adeje literally means Adeje’s coast. Playa Paraiso is most certainly located on Adeje’s coast and is therefore on the Costa Adeje.
However, Costa Adeje is also a brand, a name created to distinguish resorts in the Adeje municipality (Del Duque, Fañabe, Puerto Colón, San Eugenio, Torviscas) from those in neighbouring Arona (Playa de las Américas, Los Cristianos) as all make up one huge resort area. What part is Las Américas and what part is Costa Adeje is something which can still confuse even some people who been visiting the area for years.

Great Vlog... there were a few times I was shouting at the screen saying “walk on another 20 yards...” there’s a great club just around the corner from your €96 water place called the Roca Negra Sunset Club smooth jazz in the evening, cushions on the rocks... now that would be a great drone shot... plus you stopped too soon there is a brand new shopping center just 100 yards from your car and you can see my balcony from there... another video in August maybe...

I haven't giggled so much in ages ! The cafe with the bill in the box was hilarious.It just reminded me of my dad on bonfire night,he did the same thing with fireworks! Everytime a rocket went off he totted up the 20 quids!!!

What a comedy duo🤣You two in the cafe sweating on the bill reminds me of a night me and hubby went in a fancy gin bar in Fanabe. I ordered a Bombay Sapphire but I spent half an hour stressing in case the waiter had served me Bombay Star.... €43 a shot😱( he hadn’t thank god). I needed a double to calm down after that. 🤣🤣

Thank you guys! This is where i have been lucky enough to holiday for the past 7 years. It is a quieter resort that has become much busier and has changed since the Hard Rock opened. A 20 min bus ride (471) takes you to the heart of Americas if you want to party!! Cracking Mavic Mini footage btw!! Hope you popped in to see Tim while you were there!!

Great Vlog, we have stayed in the Rock Navara, this was before they build the Hard Rock, its a great hotel and very nice place to stay, its peaceful and relaxing too, Player Paraiso has certainly grown in the last couple of years

Good to see you looking at Playa Paraiso, Janette and I have used it as a base on a number of occasions and really love the area. The Hard Rock is definitely an attraction without staying there, watching the comings and going’s of limousines and other nice cars along with the continual buzz of good music coming from the place 24/7. Plenty of great little restaurants but I don’t think you will find a beer for €1. Maybe too quiet if you are used to the the main 2 resorts but we are definitely going soon.

Nice part of Los cris, behind you in the opening sequence if that was the Royal palm garden complex opposite the mercadona, had a very happy stay there in our self catering days, don't think we could manage the hill nowadays though 😂😂

About the hike..... I walked a few times from Riu Buenavista (Playa paraïso) tot Las Americas almost to Los Cristianos. Especcially the area from El Puertito to La Caleta is hot but beautifull... Bring enough water though.... btw thanks for this update from this beautifull area...

Why didn’t you visit the British pub, Brittania inn when you were there you skipped by it. It just up from the Hard Rock hotel . It is a lovely pub with a lovely couple running it.

B H - Hard Rock is the best hotel I have stayed in, and I'm no stranger to 5 star hotels. Absolutely amazing - everything you need and more. Las Americas is just a 20 minute journey away. There are buses from outside the hotel or Sanasty car hire...........:)

Another good video and a quick question...I'm 40 in Feb so was thinking on a visit to to island then but what area would be best to stay at that would still be busy as it's out of season? And what would the weather likely be like? And funny you went to the hard rock as that was an opinion...but in going all inclusive we noticed a lot of things are actually extra! So was taken back off the list!

I'd recommend Costa Adeje. Still busy, nice promenade and harbour areas. Close to Americas/Cristianos and La Caleta. Plenty of good hotels and places to eat out. Great beach too. Hard Rock area is a bit more isolated and quieter so you'd definitely need a car which can be a pain in the evenings if you like a drink. Taxis would soon add up.

Hi, I have the DJI Mavic Mini, you don’t need a license for The Mavic Mini as it’s under the weight threshold. I just google the local laws, The Mavic Mini is really meant for keeping near and don’t take it too high. It has limitations, it’s good though as long as you don’t wanna go miles with it or too high.

Stayed at the Bougainville,and decided to go on the tuck tuck it took us up there to the hard rock,it is nice but have been told not a lot to do bit out the way,a day out is about it for me,stay safe and take those two jumpers of its not that cold😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

First time I stayed in Tenerife was in paraiso the hotel next to hard rock about 18 years ago can't remember what it was called how long has hard rock been there are Andrew if he knows what the 2 hotels were called if I remember I think there were called hotel paraiso and paraiso floral

Last summer in Majorca I was over €200 for 4 of us just to get into Gran Folie Beach Club (near Santa Ponsa) and we got a bottle of water and a bed for that price! However as Andrew says, you get what you pay for and it was a lovely treat for a day out. I’d love to see Lee review the €50 beach club as he is tighter than two coats of paint lol.

went to hard rock hotel last year on honeymoon, brilliant place, across the road the indian restaraunt across the road called mumbai is the best ive been in , in tenerriffe and ive been in them all! also purple bar across the road sells a beltin pint of dorada at about a third of the price of the hard rocks

Great video lads. I didn’t think to go to Playa Paraiso when we were there 18 months ago in Costa Adeje. It looks lovely and I only hope we get tourism up and running soon to allow these places to open properly as it still looks so empty and closed generally. How far is this resort from Adeje?

Next to the Bahia Principe at Costa Adeje. Where you two had a coffee...I smiled..back in 2008 I stayed at that hotel and walked with my then 8 year old son to that cafe (no Hard Rock at that time) and we had a drink each..it was SO expensive I refused to pay. The girl agreed and charged me 2 Euro's instead!

I was offered The Hard Rock when the Anthelia was closed for a refurb. I thought it would be to far out for me and you’ve proved me right although it did look lovely. I choose the Mirador at the end of Del Deque beach that’s in a great position. Lee the drinks at that cafe weren’t that bad. Andrew was right you do get what you pay for and it had a lovely ambiance! Did they have a sausage roll because I know how much you like your sausage roll 🙏❤️💐

Iff you decide to visit for the day there is a regual bus service from Los Cristianos and it doesnt take very long. Only about 4 euro return.

I have a booking at Hard rock hotel from 1st August through British Airways, they're planning on opening from 30th July as long as nothing else changes.

Few bars restaurants. Indian food. Plus you can get a bus to Las Americas. 👍🏼

Please please venture out of the tourist areas and find the real Tenerife. You will be surprised at what you will see. There are views to die for in the north of the island and the Spanish food is wonderful. Having lived in Tenerife for a number of years I can vouch for this. Go on give the North a try.
