I listened to this one the way home from fishing this evening. The whole concert! I drive 2 hours each way to fish where I usually do. Listened to Buenos Aires on the way there and Tampere on the way home. Yeah, I know. I'm probably a little bit addicted to Nightwish.

Also the Bible calls Eve the mother of all living, and gives us the task to care for the garden. Most of the books in Bible handle though how we became interested in the hundreds of shiny rocks, and self-destructive weaponry - what are we doing against life, and still will do. And How God will fix it, wanting us along. Will you join us in the heavenlies? he asks. To the next level of evolution, that takes place after death. We'll change relatively as much, as we changed coming to this wrold from our mother. Our life in the womb was just so much smaller yet, like our life now is, compared to the heavenlies. The walking - movement is different after the change, each time. What we can see or hear is different, expansively. How much our mind operates is different, percentge of the brain capacity we use is still quite low. To enter the new level of life we have to go through a narrow door, like through a tunnel. The connection we had to our life giver, will die for us to enter the new level, new form of life. Yeah. It's not necessary we return to the previous stage in evolution. Life, evolution just doesn't seem to operate that way. But we can leave behind, what we don't need. Like a naval cord we had connecting us with our mother in the womb, or our physical body when we move to Heaven. It will be there somehow remade. But trying to explain it now, is like the fetus trying to think how it's gonna be like, after it has been born to this world we now live in.

Unfortunately you stopped too soon, it’s not the end if the song. The instrumental part which comes after when the band members are on stage thanking the audience is the last part of the song. There are also a couple of important Richard Dawkins citations in that part. You should watch it all the way to the end, really. And I mean the absolute end of it. I also got the impression that you didn’t get the subject nor the message in the song. Which is a pity, because when you know what story the song is telling then it makes it even more impressive.

Indeed, also I can recommend you doing that with lyrics, because the song is divided into chapters and the lyric version will clearly state when you go from one chapter to another, making it a natural place for you to pause and talk. And Poet & the Pendulum , have a lot of copyright issues (someone used samples for a song), the pauses will make sure you don't get any problems with that Song.

The song didnt finish where you stopped it. There is some more Dawkins it says; "We are going to die and that makes us the lucky ones. Most people are never going to die because they are never going to be born. The potential people who could have been here in my place but who will in fact never see the light of day outnumber the sand grains of Sahara. Certainly those unborn ghosts include greater poets than Keats, scientists greater than Newton. We know this because the set of possible people allowed by our DNA so massively exceeds the set of actual people. In the teeth of these stupefying odds it is you and I, in our ordinariness, that are here.We privileged few, who won the lottery of birth against all odds, how dare we whine at our inevitable return to that prior state from which the vast majority have never stirred?" "There is grandeur in this view of life, with its several powers Having been originally breathed into a few forms or into one And that whilst this planet has gone cycling on according to the fixed law of gravity From so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been And are being, evolved!"
