FYI when hammering bearings out always use a 2x4 in-between hammer and bearings. Press in best! But not really needed for this. Much love for video!

I found it much easier to use a bearing puller set. I have three and I used the largest one of the three and was able to push them out and then push them back in as well much easier than banging on them!

😂 not an idiot, brother....I was thinking to myself, though "noooooo, don't hammer that bushing down in there!!!" 🤣 Nice work, and I don't remember if I commented on the previous video, but good idea using that piece of cardboard.as a stop-gap. Always something...I recently put new headlights and a secondary horn ( a "beepbeep at the ladies and friends" horn 🤣 because the stock computer controlled horn can't do it lightly and smoooooth ) on my 2014, and had to retighten an exhaust bolt on my 1 year old Exmark 60, and put another pto belt on my Exmark 30, even though the previous belt was no more than TWO MONTHS old 😑 😂 Sheesh, I don't even remember what other repairs I have yet to do 🤷‍♂️🙏🏽🙏🙏🏻💪👑❤️‍🔥👊

I want your opinion. I’m trying to decide between a Toro Titan and a Scag Patriot. I know the Patriot has better transaxles. Also, what motor to go with? I’ve heard plenty of negative reports on Koehler. I know you have experience with Toro and Scag and different motors. This will be residential use. You probably aren’t too far from me. I live in Pittsfield, Illinois. 1 hour 20 minutes north of St. Peters. Keep up the good work. 👍

I realize the Patriot has 3100 transaxles and the Freedom z and Toro Titan have 2800. Would it be worth paying more for a Scag? Especially more for the Patriot?

@@Frsmyr Hey Brad, a few questions… are you using it on a residential mowing route or just your personal property? Is the landscaping flat or are you mowing hills/slopes/mnts?

Thank you for your help. Will that work for the bearing in the scag 483208 and are the bearings the the size of 1.25 x 1 x 1.25 inches.

Did you do this because you were throwing belts or as a pre issue?

I noticed the arm that holds the tensioner pulley was laying down at an angle. The belt was riding high in the pulley. I knew the belt seemed to be shuttering/ vibrating for a long time. Can't believe I didn't notice it sooner. Take belt off tension pulley and see if you can rock the arm up and down.

I noticed before it threw the belt…. It had excessive vibrations going on.
