Shane Brady some people just can throw that left better, like me im not a natural righty im a lefty but have never trained lefty ever but my left hook is my hard punch out of my punches and my right straight aswell its just about motor neurons in your nervous system

I'm a southpaw but my right hook is the most powerful punch I throw by far. Do throw it quite a bit but bit shouldn't be so much more powerful than all my other shots. Idk why this happens aha

He was born in Mexico, but in his childhood he moved to Arizona, which is why he speaks fluent English. Than when he was a bit older, teenage years I guess, he moved back to Mexico. It's also why he was able to have his pet alligator. That shit wouldn't fly in the US, well maybe in the boonies.

Mark Sanchez He fought Rueda, he was undefeated. It's not mega elite, but it shows that Oscar is one of the threats in his division. Not only did he beat him, he demolished him in 2 rounds. Wasn't no lucky shot neither. He shot sniper rifle punches and broke him down. Again though, we ain't saying he is mega elite, but def a threat and worthy contender.

Ive hit a 120 lb bag for 6 months every day and my wrist is don’t get hurt it’s just a matter of wrapping you’re hands well and knowing you’re technique

Never hit three times constantly in the same part, every punch loses posture and gets weaker, so you got to switch the momentum so you can hit heavy and stronger. Basic physics and basic boxing.
