they don’t want individual employees getting tips, only the store, greedy bastards, every store want tips for nothing but don’t want their employees accepting tips smh, that’s not a reason to fire someone at all

I got fired for various things. Not mastering the job, using obscene language, lipping off at a manager. I wised up, kept my mouth shut, put my nose to the grind stone and worked at a fourth place till I retired.

Petty. I worked at Nike Factory in the DMV my senior year of high school. I loved that job and met some cool ppl along the way but there was a time they tried to blame me for something that I def fought back on cuz ain't no MFkin way... I know it sucked in the moment but I'm glad you have more time for content cuz we luv it here!

I see this video was posted a year ago & I hope you've been able to find a new job since this upload. But now you can see that Big Corporations DON'T CARE about their employees, they'll get rid of you without a second thought. You were fired because you gave exceptional customer service is what I'm hearing. Tips mean that. Those two guys will come back and ask for you. They'll say she was really good. They'll ask for a manager. He'll act like he remembers you as a good employee. I've done this with Adidas. No different. Big sneaker company.
