When Jesus lifted my.life up the way he did to Denise. I wish I was in calif to join s church group but I got to get those sexual abuse, bad attitude and hatred. It's a Long hard road bit she knew where to begin and you just don't do.it by yourself. I know she was smoking cocaine, use narcotic, pure raw dope, on the Joan Rivers show she days this and i was crying g but I wasnt reaching out for him yet. After abuse of family problem and hatred had to find jswho interested HE GCU

Neh Sangbong It did work out for Denise. She nearly died from drugs. I heard the drugs gave her kidney failure. She got cleaned up & out of that hard life. She got saved. I too, have had kidney failure. It really damages the body. I was in a coma for 10 days. (had sepsis/blood poisoning -no drugs). I am still not right. Me & Denise are lucky to be alive after that. (She's gone now...but she lived through a lot of body damage). She is a success story !!!

I was blessed to open for her @ a Women’s Conference @ Jonesville Baptist Church of the PAW. She encouraged me and stayed in contact with me until she fell further into her sickness. I still have the number she used in my old phone. Great WOG❤️ RIP

Apollonia says when Vanity became Evangelist Denise Matthews , she used to pop up at Apollonia's house to convert and baptize her . Apollonia said they used to fall out as Vanity would tell her , one day i will get you . Ironically both Apollonia and Brenda Bennett a member of the group Vanity 6 /Apollonia 6 both got baptized at Denise Memorial Service . Apollonia says Denise always got her way in the end .

@@TerrySwoopeVideos Vanity also died on the anniversary of Prince's mom's death..Prince's mom ( Mattie).died on February 15th 2002, Vanity died on Feb 15th 2016.. Prince sadly died just 2months later on April 21st 2016. Vanity and Prince were both 57 ..may they both rest in heaven.🙏🏽

Vanity was truly one of my favorite singing queen when I was a kid even when I seen her in 2 movies "The Last Dragon" and "Action Jackson" then when I heard about her death, I was heartbroken even though she's alive in my heart by her legacy including of her best song I heard her sing called "Nasty Girl". Another female legend gone but not forgotten. I did hear about her life-changing experience having battled drug addiction and kidney failure. And becoming a Born-Again Christian. What I found so ironic about her passing was that she had transitioned 2 months before Prince. And I didn't know or hear about it until his passing. I was comforted in knowing she's w/the Lord.🙏

I heard about Vanity passing away...I actually found out about 2or 3 months ago.She was a great entertainer....but like you said Terry she wasn’t a great singer but she entertained with her dancing.Vanity was one of many women that I had a crush on in the 80’s.Love seeing her in the last dragon.RIP🙏🏿Vanity
