It’s all about having a good liner, if you have one, good luck, if you don’t, you’ll never get the rifle to shoot accurately. There must be 1000’s of liners out there that are garbage.

Hi, yes i agree. Having a good barrel makes things much easier, but i also believe you can affect accuracy with external component such as a barrel tuner.
