Test av forskjellig ammo i to forskjellige Pardini SP. CCI Standard og SK Pistol Match ble testet i begge pistolene. Eley Club fra 80-tallet ble testet i den ene pistolen.

This is a serious test, not american “tacticool” 10 yards style, by knowledge target shooters, that really gives valuable info. Thanks.

Nice! What does "LPM" and "PD" on the target cards mean?
@Frink42
@Frink42 5 жыл бұрын
Initials of the owners of the two guns. The point of the test was to see how much difference in grouping different ammo could have in the same gun, and to see how much difference in grouping the same ammo could have in different guns of the same model.

Do you have to adjust the height on sights when chaging the 22lr ammo? i dont know which i should afford: SK pistol Match or Pistol Match Special
@Frink42
@Frink42 3 жыл бұрын
I have not had any reason to adjust sights when changing ammo. I think SK PM Special is just a slightly hotter version of SK PM intended for weapons that don't cycle properly with SK PM. My pistol cycles perfectly with regular SK PM, so I use that one. I prefer as little recoil as possible, specially for rapid fire events.

@@Frink42 yes your right. Pardini works fine with Less loaded Pistol Match SR, so the SK PM will definetly also Work since they are bit Harder loaded (i dont mean the SK PM Special)

I see this is a very old thread, but I will try anyway... I noticed you shot 4 shots, then 6. What is the reason for that?
@Frink42

By changing the magazine while the last round is still in the chamber you don't have to work the slide after changing magazine.

SamEEE12 would be nice (and much more revealing) should they conduct testing at 50 yards or meters. Plenty of folks here in the U.S. shoot NRA bullseye matches would like to know. I have, however, tested my old 1990s and new 2013 Pardini SP Standard version (not Rapid Fire) @ 50 yards off pistol rest. Eley Target yellow box outshoot the Tenex. 10 shots less than 1/2" out of the New SP, about under 1" out of the old 90s SP.

@@helsfury Um...huh?? I'm confused about why you think I'm showing off my shooting skills with my last post?? I fired those test groups from a STATIC SUPPORTED POSITION. That's it. It didn't involve real shooting skills-nothing to write home about. Heck, even YOU can pull off that 1/2 inch group at 50 yards with the same gun and ammo combo. Just put the gun on a pistol rest, line the sight on the bullseye, and pull the trigger. Easy Peasy. The REAL skill in ISSF and NRA bullseye pistol competition shooting is NOT shooting off a pistol rest. Anyone can do that, and is not what we do. Our goal is to fire the pistol one-hand unsupported, while standing, getting the shot to go off even as the gun moves to and fro. That I can do too, but it was not my intent with my last post. I was merely offering my test results to save other Pardini owners time, money, and frustration of going through the tedious work involved in finding the ideal load. After all the premium brands of ammo I tested, the Eley Yellow Box Pistol Match is the winner. That was my finding. Whether or not anyone wants to benefit from my FREE test results is totally up to them. It's my gift to other competition shooters out there wanting to know which brands work best out of their Pardini SP's. They can take it, or leave it- and prepare to do the dirty work themselves, lol. Okay, NOW you got me in a show-offy mood, lol. I usually could care less if some random guy on the internet thinks I'm bullshitting, but since you called me out on it, I have no choice but to prove it. it's 6:30 in the morning, and having to stay up all night to finish off my work (which I did an hour ago) and that two shots of espresso I downed 6 hours ago is still coursing through my veins, I'm feeling super chatty at this very moment. :-) So, here goes, with no further ado. My credentials: 1995 USA Shooting (Olympic shooting govt. body here in the U.S.) National Championship Collegiate winner in Standard Pistol, among numerous top placing in other disciplines and other years. If my memory serves, I also won the center-fire match; it was the one in '97? I made the U.S. Team that year in 1995. Still, I decided that my time was better spent running the food service business that I started back in 1993 to continue supporting my family, bringing food to the table, and having a roof over our heads. Why? Because flipping burgers at Wendy's down the block from the OTC to support my Olympic dream was way overrated and wasn't what it's all cracked up to be. I am USAS member # 116, Bill Lee. You're welcome to drop USAS a line. 1996 and 1997 NRA Action Pistol (Bianchi Cup) Winner in Expert classification. Hard to search for it since it's so long ago, so you'll have to take my word for it. BTW the Bianchi Cup organizers cheated me out of my 1st place Expert class trophy for the 1997 year and gave me 2nd place plaque instead, the statistician screwed up when tallying the scores, but that's a long-winded story for another time lol. I was also the 1995 or 1996 (can't recall which year) California State Champ in NRA Action Pistol. The match was held near Lake Elsinore, but sadly that range no longer exists, like so many shooting ranges here in the Commie state. Mr. runner-up was Ichiro Nagata; look him up if you don't know who he is. He got close to beating me until the Practical Event. I out-shot him by quite a bit on that one, lol. Again, this was back in the days before the internet took off, so unless you reach out to "Ichi" and ask him about that ordeal, you wouldn't find it on the internet. Lol. Oh, and he I.S. on youtube lol. He used to call me Biru-san; I hope he still remembers me, lol. You can do this, however. Not that it proves anything, but it can be fun to watch; hope you enjoy it. Go to my channel and check out my local NRA Action Pistol / Bianchi Cup matches I uploaded back in 2009. While there, you'll see four individual courses ("EVENTS") for that match that I put up for your enjoyment. The hardest one is the Moving Target Event. Fun to watch and fun to shoot! If you can find a local Bianchi Cup match in your neck of the woods, I suggest you give it a try. :-) In recent years I took up shooting again after a 14 years hiatus. This time as an NRA bullseye shooter, because ISSF/Olympic matches are a thing of the past here in So Cal. I'm nowhere as good as I was. I blame it on my 50 years old eyes, astigmatism, and shakier wrists, but you can reach Desert Marksman's NRA bullseye discipline director Jim Conrad, he'll tell you what kind of shooter I am. I think his old day job of navigation instruments engineer for the U2 spy plane at Lockheed Martin's Skunkworks is way cooler than my bragging rights as a U.S. National Team member, lol. www.desertmarksmen.org/disciplines/bullseye-pistol Last but not least, I also compete at George Kevanian's L.A. Bullseye League. I've been busy working late into the night, and this recent COVID-19 situation isn't helping at all, so it's been a while since I competed. But, I digress, it's late; whatever pops up in my head ends up here, lol. Search Google for "L.A. bullseye George Kevanian " and get George's email. I encourage you to write to him and ask how Bill Lee shot a perfect 100 points with 6 x's that one time on NRA B-6 50 yards bullseye target back in June 15 of 2019 (thanks to that Eley Yellow Box Ammo I tested) to the chagrin of Boris Sorkin, our local hot-shot lol. Yes, I did it one-handed, standing up, without any artificial support, lol. Boris beat me by a hair that day, but I beat him more times than he did me. George himself is no slouch. He's a retired LEO and has been my shooting buddy for 15+ years. He can out-shoot me in PPC matches, but I always come out on top in NRA Action Pistol, and NRA Bullseye matches. :-) Now, if any of this won't convince you? Then I invite you to our local match, every 2nd or 3rd Saturdays, Desert Marksman (Jim's) or Angeles (George's), and watch me shoot. I hope you live in So Cal. Give me a date that you're going to show up, and I'll be more than gladly shake your hands and give you a front-row seat to see me (and all of us) shoot. I hope you're also a bullseye shooter, or at least bring a target 22 pistol, so that we can compete alongside one another. If you're the better shooter, so be it. I have no qualms with that. To me, shooting is not a pissing match; I have no chips on my shoulder because it's all fun and games, we all share the camaraderie, and I may even learn a thing or two from ya! Peace to you! :-)
