Spolier alert... The current path is pretty grim.
A lot of pot holes, rough roads and weird sections that drop in and out of traffic lanes. However what's been proposed looks really good and it'll be great for the community.

Nice one. big issue around there does seem to be the terrible road surface - I rode out to Papatoetoe and it rattled my bike lights off.

Blimey. 😳The bridge end of Coronation Rd was re-sealed in mid 2022, and it’s already deteriorating. You can see it at the start if the ride. There could be a bigger plan or temporary conditions for cheap road sealing but ideally the job should just be done properly from the start. I usually resort to riding on the smoother footpath. 😳

@@BikeDispatch AT are convinced chipsealing roads saves money as it's cheaper to lay. But it seems like it hardly lasts a few years.
