What a sad yet wonderfully beautiful story......... it's the same with me but of course, different. I saw loving friendships and family on t.v including romance, and always wanted that love. I chased it my whole life and felt empty and became bitter and resentful when I didn't get it..... and then got addicted to bad things....... only the Rosary and of course, our God, rescued me. But it's an everyday battle. Need a good prayer life and the sacraments to keep me from going back to the way I was.
