So fun fact: I had that baseball that tells you how fast your throw it back in 2005 when I was still playing baseball and if you throw it at a pitch return net it actually works really well

The baseball does work but you have to actually catch it and be the correct distance apart for it to be accurate.

What you need to do for the parachute is first get a baseline as Jesse is without the parachute, then have him run for a set amount of sprints with the chute, then take it off and see if he is faster.
