Exactly, it's great for homeowners and small jobs. Of course, if you make a living off of saws, you may want to look elsewhere. I want one for doing little small jobs around the property. Thank you for the review.

johncutter 5800 is hard to beat for the price i think online for about 180ish without a bar. there suprisingly powerfull and lightweight. nothing on my stihls but for the price hard to beat.

For the diy and home owner this saw works fine, commercial chainsaws are out of reach for most people

Not too bad considering it was going through hardwood, I also got that HD deal and like that it gives you both bar options. I did notice on the listing and manual it states not to use pre-mix fuel but eh considering it's a budget saw and pre=mix is the same fuel but non-ethanol I can't see the harm in using it.

Those saws are junk. Quality mostly. Engine tho is surprisingly great on them. However if you want a cheap saw get the g444 g666 any of the horzformma saws

Do you know what brand it is based on? Just noticed these sportsman saws are at tractor supply. But I ended up getting a Walmart black max 20" 50cc included 3yr warranty on sale $99 from regular $220. Walmart regularly has sales on their saws, and has lots parts available if do break, and are same model as ryobi, black decker type saws.

I believe is a rough copy of the early Husky Saws. These are the exact same as the no names on amazon. Infact they look identical to the entry level craftsmans. If you of course where to rely on the saw for work, you would want to just take $1000 and get a German made saw

Sorry, I'm ignorant... What does pre mixed fuel mean?

The 2 stroke engine, Requires oil be mixed with the gasoline. This mix provides lubrication and Fuel to the engine in the same liquid. Premixed fuel means, the operator will not need to mix a ratio of oil in with the gasoline. The fuel oil mix is purchased in a canister and is shelf stable for up to 2 years. simply fill the 2 stroke engines fuel tank and the operator is all set to use the machine.

@Red_head roofing in July I'm gonna stick with the ol reliable rancher. I may end up with one of these for the back of the atv on moose hunts. Would be nice to have a saw I could careless about breaking or loosing
