I'm not too convince about adding the sausages. These ingredients are common with SE Asian with exception of the catfish. The meat looks almost beef like. I wonder how it tasted. The chef is first rate with his creation.

The fish is like a Sturgions cousin, the darker version. Fully armoured for survival in wild but it can do nothing against human's appetite.

That's a very primitive looking fish- I know it's a catfish, but it also reminds me a little of a sturgeon, which I know is a member of an early bony fish lineage. Are the two related to some degree?

And that's exactly why Thai food is so delicious and has such a long list of recipes and food items. They are not afraid to try something different to eat. I believe Thai food is one of the most diverse and delicious food types there is and how complex it can taste yet be so simple to create

Besar juga itu Ikan Lele tersebut.Bentuknya beda dengan Ikan Lele yang ada di Indonesia.Cara memotong Ikan tersebut bagus juga,begitu juga dengan cara memasaknya bagus.Hasil masakan yang terlihat enak.
