It might be an idea (while youre "doing" the provinces) to check out condo's/nice houses you come across. I would be realy interested to see price/quality comp. in different parts of Thailand. I still have hope to land somewhere in Thailand in the very near future, so that would be solid info and a huge timesaver. And perhaps it's even possible to mix it with your travel services... hmmm.....sounds like a plan. chai! ;-)

By pricing standards if you live in a city like Toronto or NYC, the price of the first home is pretty cheap. Less than a million in Toronto will get you a little box. And that close to the Maya is awesome. Any other former nomads miss CAMP at the Maya mall? I do.

Very nice. first one not very children friendly, but very beautiful. There is one think bothering me and that is the toilet seats are up in several videos I've seen in Chiang Mai. 😮 Anyway. Thailand is amazing. Nice Video!

Smart move Paddy. Condo property tours tend to be amongst the most watched content of Thai content creators vlogs. And by sticking millionaire in the title and going super high end, which few if any of the others have done yet, I reckon this is a decent chance at one that goes semi viral. If you'd gone the casual misogyny route of having Ice in a bikini in the thumbnail - even more likely - but I appreciate that's not her style or yours. Or you just couldn't persuade her.😂 But either way - I'm going full mystic meg here and predicting now this will wind up being your most viewed video to date. Both were amazing but I'd probably opt for the condo although on a SQM basis it's double the price of the house. I actually prefer the luxury house for the rent you showed round that lake - and for 2000gbp a month that place was insanely good value given the size and luxury. Honestly would seriously consider chang mai to retire as it all looks so good, the food, the cool bars and coffee shops, the accommodation - but I've been reading so much about the Smokey season which can be good 3 or even 4 months - and that's putting me off honestly.

Beautiful house and only 24 million THB are below the average home in Toronto, Canada. No garage maybe 120 sqm. A house of this size and layout would be approx. 8 to 10 times the price, also 200 million. (Toronto is the third most expensive City in North America - 1 Vancouver 2 New York City and then Toronto). The Condo is very affordable love it, it's a pity it's in Chiang Mai.

The rooftop terrace would be great for an urban garden. A yoga or meditation area. For solar panels. For drying clothes. To build a studio or office with view. An astronomy observation deck. A booth area for Jewish faith.

24 million baht may sound like alot, but let me put things into perspective. A luxury condo in a prime area (say sathorn or thonglor) would cost the same but at only approx 100 metres square.

That house is very nice but it's 52,000bt sqm, you get a nice build at 10,000bt sqm a more realistic price would be around 12mil and you still have no yard and neighbors close on all sides.
