I strongly disagree with you. Your employees are tired. They dont have access to products for their own families. You don't take care of your employees although you want to take care of your customers The management team is pretty pathetic at 2 stores in Atlanta but im pretty sure you can walk in and ask any employee their thoughts (not management). If you get diagnosed with Coronavirus they aren't checking on employees. They didnt even shut down the pharmacy or deli where two employees got it. Employees are threatened of job loss if they dont come to work. But you have a positive work environment 👌 In all honesty. Employees are tired and yes they are bearing through it but you are worried about making money instead of making sure your staff is ok. Well as a customer i hope you change things around. I see why people prefer your competitors over you. Sad but true. Unfortunately my family works for you and to hear these stories everyday is sickening. Although some employees are doing great & you highlight support with ensuring proper cleaning is done as well as having better management. I could go on & on but secret shop your own stores & get the mood yourself. A thank you goes a long way #BigFacts

Stores shouldn't thank employees only in a pandemic,I hate that all corporations thank people in a panic situation when their executives are at home in front of their tv,ALWAYS thank them APPRECIATE,pay people well and you wont need to do bonus,also a taxed check isnt a bonus it's a meal from queen Elizabeth

It was uplifting when a state Governor forced grocery stores to do the right thing and have real procedures and enforcement of social distancing.

I spent two years as a courtesy clerk at Kroger, and it was the worst minimum-wage position I've held by a wide margin. We were perennially short-handed, the members of the management team were either useless or overbearing, and employees weren't given a voice in any meaningful capacity. Your optics-only 'thank you' just adds insult to injury.

YOUR WORKERS AREN’T HEROES, THEY’RE SLAVES. And when your staff don’t even have the adequate PPE for themselves, the public isn’t even safe either!!! #1: GIVE YOUR STAFF THE PPE THEY (AND THE PUBLIC) NEED THEM TO WEAR: SNEEZE GUARDS AT ALL CHECKOUTS, gloves, masks, face shields, protective goggles and body suits and decontamination stations. THIS IS THE BARE MINIMUM NECESSARY TO PROTECT YOUR WORKERS....AND THE PUBLIC AKA YOUR CUSTOMERS. #2: PAID SICK LEAVE #3: PAID HEALTHCARE IF THEY GET SICK - NOT DEPENDENT ON COVID TEST BECAUSE THERE AREN’T ANY ANYWHERE AND SOME ARENT EVEN RELIABLE. #4: THEN AND ONLY THEN, HIGHER PAY #5: HAZARD PAY #6: RELIABLE SCHEDULES SO THEY CAN WORK THEIR NECESSARY 2ND, 3RD JOBS AND TAKE CARE OF THEIR FAMILY’S NEEDS TOO.

I work for Kroger in Montgomery Texas store number 142. You wanna know what thanks we got after all this? THEY CUT OUR HOURS! 16 HOURS IS THE MOST I CAN GET A WEEK NOW! HOW DO I PAY MY HEATH INSURANCE AND BILLS?

Kroger Interviewed me twice and told me they would let me know if they hired me. They never did and I find out I'm no longer in their system for some reason and I have to go through the whole process again. So unprofessional. professional

My local Kroger is doing a good job trying to keep up, but the public is still buying irresponsibly.

Not happening at the Kroger brands under Jay C stores and the prices have increased tremendously ! Also, in the "Ruler " stores ! That isn't a help ! Do your part , drop those prices back !

You don't take care of your customers in the store anymore because of the pickup crap. I have had to bag my own groceries so many times since you started that service. The baggers are too busy pulling the orders. How about taking care of the customers that are not lazy and still go inside to get their own groceries. And when someone complains about it in the store how about listening to the customers concern instead of ignoring them.
