Great video, Tharun! I'm a calithenics guy and I agree with your analysis on progressive overload. However, we can always add resistance bands to training. It's cheap, has several benefits to solid weights (for instance, resistance bands are waaay safer in deadlifts compared to solid weights). Not trashing the gym in any way, but people can always do progressive loading in calithenics and can build their body at home for cheap. Persistence and patience is probably what's really stopping people.

Yes i do calisthenics but im 183 cm its hard for me to do so many tricks. But for my its way more easy compared to me they are 5.8 to 5.10 feet so for a tall person gym is a good place to not only for build muscle but also for looking aesthetic or like the look like female gaze

Tharun bro, myself and my friend,we both are working out at home for like 2 years and so.We both have achieved a very decent and good looking body...as we both have pretty good genetics and our body type is mesomorph plus we eat very clean food with no sugar diet.I may eat sugar added food in a very very less amount and that too with long breaks...you claimed most of the people who does home workout dont get desired results I accept that cause me and my friend,we do intense workout at home so we gain muscles and see results.
